APF managed the interface between base build and tenancy works for all premium retailers, facilitated tenant agreements and fitout requirements, and maintained programme control across multiple contractor and stakeholder workstreams from groundbreak through to handover, demonstrating APF's capability to deliver complex programmes in offshore environments.
